Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
G Digital Works (“we”, “us”) is an Australian web design and AI automation studio. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and, for visitors in the UK or EU, the UK/EU GDPR.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — your name, email address, business name, and anything you include when you email us, request a free homepage preview, use the project builder, or ask a question through the site. Forms on this site are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which passes your message on to us by email.
- Project information — details about your business and goals that you share so we can scope or deliver work.
This website does not use cookies or advertising trackers. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits; it works without cookies and does not identify you personally. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide our services.
- To prepare proposals, invoices, and project communications.
- To send you updates about your project.
- To send occasional marketing only where you have agreed to it — you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers we use to run the business — such as website hosting, email, and invoicing tools — and only as needed to provide our services. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia (for example, in the United States or the United Kingdom); we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it consistently with Australian privacy law.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax records).
Access, correction, and complaints
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@gdigitalworks.com. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Visitors from the UK or EU
If you are in the UK or EU, you also have rights under the UK/EU GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO). Our lawful bases for processing are consent (when you contact us) and legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries and delivering services).
